Can I order from more than one of your stores at the same time?

Yes. To save time and minimize shipping charges, you can add items from all of our stores into your shopping cart and combine them into a single purchase.

 

I'm not from the United States. When I try to place an order, your form requires that I enter something in the "state" field. What should I do?

From the drop-down menu in the "state" field, select "Not Applicable".

 

I selected Paypal as my payment method, but I was not directed to the Paypal page to complete my transaction.

Logon to www.paypal.com and sign in as you normally would. The amount due will show on your confirmation e-mail. Select "Send Money." The e-mail address to use for your payment is paypal@whimsicalley.com.

 

I'm trying to use a Whimsic Alley gift card but there is no place on the check out screen to enter the 16-digit number from the back of the card. How do I use a gift card?

A giftcard order must be placed over the phone. Please call us at 310-453-2370. When prompted, select extention 2.

 

I've been trying to add an item to my shopping cart, but it doesn't appear there. Why can't I add it?

Chances are the item you are trying to add is currently out-of-stock. Please e-mail us at customerservice@whimsicalley.com to confirm.

 

I'm trying to complete my check out, but keep getting re-directed to a search page.

That is a method our system used to prevent customers from inadvertently duplicating their orders. It's possible your order went through. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, or if you were never asked for credit card information, you'll need to start over. In some cases you may need to close and re-start or browser, or possibly even delete your temporary internet files. We apologize for that inconvenience.
