RETURNS POLICY

         Products must be in their original condition, including all manufacturer product packaging, hang tags, etc.

         Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (s).

         Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent you the wrong item), we do not reimburse for shipping costs in either direction.

         We WILL NOT reimburse shipping costs, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, unless you have first obtained our written instructions for returning the item. Please contact us at customerservice@whimsicalley.com for shipping instructions.

         Under no circumstances (except our error) do we accept returns of seasonal items once the season has passed. For example, we will not accept returns of Christmas ornaments or products after the Christmas season, Halloween costumes or accessories, after the Halloween season.

         We cannot accept returns of any food items or trading cards.

         Returns should be packaged in a safe manner. Under circumstances in which we are paying the shipping costs, we will provide shipping instructions. Otherwise, for your protection, it is best to send via a carrier that can track packages and/or confirm delivery.

         Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with your return. Write the order number on the outside of the package.
